I seen an equation a while ago in one of my CHP's that gave you a fairly good idea on what size injector you needed for your application. Anyone out there remember it???

Max Hp X .45 (N/A Tune) or .55 (blown or Turbo) / # of injectors.


Sample;
350hp X .45 / 8 injectors = 19.69 lbs.


*** Always round up so that you don't run a lean condition. ***

Mine;

505 X .055 / 8 = 34.71

Round up to 36's

That's where I got my number..

Hope you understand, if you need more help please email me.. I also have desktop dyno, good for coming up with a hp figure.. (not exact but better than guessing)

Not sure I like that equation. I would calculate it so it would support the level of power at 80% duty cycle so it would not go static which is a contidion where the injectors are held open.
