Fogging windows
My windshield fogs up like crazy quite often, even with the air off (or not even blowing up top, even with windows down).
Also, after I have driven the car for a while, when I have the air off, and i start the car back up, a big puff of hot humid air comes out of the defroster. Normal? Fogs up quite quickly.

Sounds like your heater core is leaking.
Check for wet spots on the pass side floorboard and up round the back of the radio pod.
If it is the heater core, it can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 4 hours to change.
Took me 45 minutes on my Trans Am and took us almost 4 hours on my friends 86 Z28.

Before I bought the car, the guy said he had replaced the heater core. That was the reason why I ruled it out being a factor.
No wet spots BTW
Believe me, I know what its like when the heater core goes out (in my truck). Its been 3 years and I still havnt gotten all the smell and fluid out.
