I was wanting some input on getting my exhaust redone, see right now I have 2 Dynomax race bullet mufflers and no cats on my 89 Camaro and it has a 350 in it, and it has some short turn outs after the mufflers, and it also has a bad sound to it right now I think because the mufflers are near the very end of the pipe and the pipe turns out before the rear wheel, so if I have the pipe run out the back of the car and put 3 1/2 inch stainless tips on it will it make it quit sounding like an exhaust leak because we've checked for all of those and it has none, and will it make it quiter by running it out the back with tips?

IS this a true dual system or 2 bullet mufflers in series in a single system? If it's a dual, an H or X-Pipe would smooth out the sound and quiet it a little.

You could add more to what you have also because what you have is very free flowing. Something like a Dynatech 4-7/8X7" or Magnaflow 5X8" muffler muffles a little better than race magnums.

Or you could buy my 4" flowmaster 40 series Race Muffler. It would make for a MUCH deeper smoother sound and you'd get it for a smokin deal. PM me if interested, it's boxed and ready to ship. Goodluck!
