I am trying to locate my engine vin #, I have been looking but can't find it, any tips?

The Engine code is on the front of the block, right in front of the passenger head. It will be letters and numbers mixed. All you really need to tell what your engine is is the Suffix. That is the last 3 letters of that code.

The casting number is on the back of the block, you probably wont be able to see that while the engine is in the car.

If you get that suffix, and post it I can tell you what your motor is

well I've driven a 305 before and this car is way faster and has alot more tourque, but I just want to make sure.
