What does it mean when this happens? I can make it happen while in neutral and then I step on the gas pedal really fast, it makes sorta a "whoosh" sound like I don't have the air filters on or something and the engine sounds like it will cut out then snaps back with it. Any ideas? I have an '89 350 w/TPI.
