does a 1991 305 TBI have the same flexplate as a 1990 350 TPI

Does a 1991 305 TBI have the smae flexplate as a 1990 350 TPI?

Also when I took it off it had this what looked like a weight on an area that was facing the engine, does that mean it is externally ballanced?

this is what I mean by a weight (on top of the picture) and would that mean it is externally balanced?

Thanks
John

all 87-up small blocks (w/ one piece rear main seal) had the weight on the flywheel due to the need to eliminate the rear most counter weight on the crank(behind the seal) in order to make the whole rear of the crank round
