disconnecting fuel return lines and fuel inlet lines on the throttle bodies

I have a 1983 crossfire camaro trying to figure out how to disconnect the fuel inlet line and fuel return lines connected to the throttle bodies, last time I tried to turn them I ended up bending a line slightly

If I recall, you need to hold the fitting on the throttle body, and use a line wrench on the tube fitting, same as a newer tbi unit, but a picture would help

Try posting in one of the tech sections. This is the off-topic area.
