Cut-Off Exhaust
Okay I got a couple questions about it, one is, is it legal in the state of texas, and will it pass inspection? 2 is about how much is it, I heard it's 40 bucks. 3 is I heard a car with cut-off and it sounded mean and tough, how come every one dosnt just do it? Alright thanks guys.

If so, it is perfectly legal as long as you don't open it on the street. It does sound mean too.
