Exclamation Crystal Lens Headlights!! Need help Quick!!

Well i got mine today... just installed them, but there is a little problem.

When the lowbeams are on, the high beams are coming on...but at a really low voltage..and then when you activate the high beams the low beams get really low...what the heck happened??

Btw the lenses take the 9003 or the H4 equivalent type bulbs.

Every thing worked fine, i even changed the high beams to new ones they were the original sealed beam ones from 89. I got the sylvania cool blue. They are really bright when they are on, I like them. But i want everything to work like the original setup.

I has to be the wiring being backwards... maybe you have to swith the prong connections around.. dunno Please Help!!!

The only way I could solve this was to clip the ground going to the high beams. Your high beams will come on and your low beams will go off when you turn your high beams off, but that's the only way I could fix it...anyone know of a better way?

sylvania cool blue ? like the ones from canadian tire?

i had some hid knock offs that were from cali. with the halo affect around them. they had the same effect with the low beams and the higbeams going dim. the highbeam bulbs would flicker as well. eventually the bulbs heated up and started to melt the casing and craked the glass, (no joke i have pics) and one night coming home from t.o. on the highway 3am in the fog the lights went out. i loved the lights, (aside from the troubles) noone else had the halo.
maybe the knockoff bulbs arent compatible with camaros? maybe why we have the same problem
wouldnt want your lights to go out at 70mph in the fog at night like mine did.

i just popped the original low beam in the high beam spots, and left the halo effect in the low beam spot plugged in, and unplugged the headlight

i been looking at those sylvania blue replacemnts to put in my 1986 lincoln towncar winter beater
hopefully you can sort the problem out.keep us posted
