cross drilled rotor swap

just got my front crossdrilled rotors and kevlar pads, was wondering what tools i need and what i should know before i do the swap. and how long should it take

comman hand tools,ratchet & sockets, air tools help alot,allen wrenches b/c i think the bolts that hold the pads on are allen heads.
