just tried to put on a set of cross drilled front discs with apex kevlar brake pads, re-used wheelbrearings (only 100,000 kilometers) cleaned and repacked with lucas synthetic grease. anyway the rotors and the pads are real thick, so they are touching ever so slightly, i can still move the wheel by hand but i can feel and hear them drag. i figure a good boot down the road will free them up. cant drive the car till tomorrow so ill post how it goes.
my old pads were ok for another 20,000kms prolly but the old discs on the side that cant be seen were all chewed.
