carb

if i have a tpi car and switch to a carb with blower can i pass emmisions and what is the viss. test , what do these guys look for they can't know every car

They have service manuals and just look in there for the emmisions stuff.

You wouldn't have a chance of passing emissions....but if you find the right mechanic he'll skate you through just because he likes the blower.

Buy a cheap emissions legal engine somewhere n do a motor swap for emissions testing

Buy one of those Holley 50 state legal carbs for emmisions, then after that put your blower on.

my car was orig. a tpi car, what the hell does the tester look for just my smog pump , let's say i had an 82' cold i pass with that yr third gen running a carb did they have smog pumps
