well my Z28 uses alot of oil. Now before I bought it it bruned oil badly go up and down the street and there was a trial of blue smoke up and down the road so I changed the valve seals and the smoking stoped the car leaks alittle oil but, last friday I checked my oil and I was below the add mark just alittle oil was on the tip of the dip stick it don`t leak that bad and it dosent burn oil so where did it go. I use 10W30 Quakerstate and a fram extra gaurd fillter. Oh ya I change my oil 2000KM ago I still have 2000 more km`s to go before my next oil change. I do drive my car hard sometime`s to.

 

Define "a lot". I mean are you talking a quart or so every 1000 miles, or what? If your car doesn't leak that much, chances are high that your'e burning it. There just isn't a lot of places for the oil to go it it isn't on the ground.
