Can I adjust idle speed?

Can I adjust idle speed?
On the TBI it seems to idle very low at a little lower than 500 rpm. Sometimes the car dies when it is put in gear. Do I need to adjust the idle speed or is something else the problem? Thanks.

try taking apart the TB all the way and look for carbon, find a vaccume gauge and make sure you don't have vaccume leak.
