Can it fit

Hey I have a 92 rs and my Tranny blew I know I can eather rebuild or buy a new one but I have an offer for a 400 turbo whould that tranny work in my car or wont it

It will work but you will need a custom crossmember. Quite a few aftermarket companies carry them...just do a forum search for it and all your questions should be answered! Good luck.

I just ordered a 700R from http://www.maddog-transmissions.com/. I ordered the Punisher. Total cost to my door is $1320 with the conv. included. It will handle up to 550HP. Check out the site.

you'll also have to figure out a way to mount the torque arm. the custom crossmembers may have provisions for this...not sure.
but stock the TA mounts to the tail of the trans, the TH400 probably won't have provisions for this...unless is purpose built for 3rd/4th gens
