I'm just throwing out options for my next Camaro here. I'm most likely going to keep the TBI setup and beef it up a bit starting with the Ultimate TBI mods, then go internal. What cam would work well for this applicatoin?

 

If you're going to keep the stock heads I'd run the LT1 cam with 1.5 rockers. A ported set of LB9 heads or such the LT1 cam with 1.6 rockers would be good, and with SR Torquers or Vortecs Id run a CC304 or a ZZ4 cam.

 

The LT1 cam definately gets my approval, just look at my sig.

 

LT1 or L98 cam. See sig. They're cheap, plentiful and seem to work well.

I think there's at least 98 mph in the 1/4 from the stock heads and mild cam with a good prom tuning and good air. My car is 3500+lbs with me in it (full weight).
