buzzing ignition coil?
my MSD 8226 ignition coil is now buzzing real loud....loud enough where i can here it inside the car......
does that mean its going bad? it never ever used to do that?
a friend of mine that is a mechanic noticed that when you put the car in gear and held it under load with the brakes... and rev'ed it to about 2500 and held it steady ...the rpm's have a jump in it...
he said its either the coil or one of the plug wires that has gone bad.
