my car has every factory option and then some, excpet t tops. i have a rear storage lid covering the rear hatch, but this is no regular lid, it has 2 bose speakers in it and 2 amps. it looks very high qaulity and gm wants 1300 for a new one....empty!

has anyone ever seen one of these. i have been into f bodys for about 5 years and never seen another one like it. even had a center channel speaker in the dash, and bose speakers in special kickpanels in the front.

all parts have been taken out excpet the rear lid. they are for sale if anyone needs them.

I had the rear hatch speaker box like your talking bout in my 87 IROC with the bose stereo option. Don't remember bout any special kick panel speakers though

 

does anyone know any rpo #'s on this? it has to be rare?

 

I have the Bose cover in my 87 IROC. My car came with every possible option but now i'm making it lighter and getting rid of most of it. I already got rid of the power drivers seat, the power antenna, and the Bose stuff is next. Make offer if you want it..

About the kick panels, I have them also, but I dont have any center in the dash. I think the system sounds OK until you turn it up more than 1/2 way... .then it sounds like ***.

 

is your lid black in color?

 

Mines grey to match the interior carpet. It has 2 4" bose speakers in their own enclosures with seperate 25 watt amplifiers.

I am willing to sell mine so anyone interested make me an offer.

This was back in 2003...
