bolting in new heads (how hard?)
im conisdering buying a set of tpi heads that have been reconditioned and have a 3 angle valve job they should just bolt right in but how hard is it to get to them and is there any suprises that i should be aware they could come up while working on it?

Note that there is also a difference between heads and intake bolt patterns from pre-1986 and post 1987 - you have to modify the 4 intake bolts in the center of the intake if you put a pre-1986 head with a post-1987 intake, or visa versa.
I've done a head swap in the car, went from the stock LG4 heads on my 86 to a set of stock 87 TPI heads.
It's kinda hard to lift the 50lbs head while leaning over the car, but I'd rather do that than pull the motor. It's just my personal preference.

Tuned Port looks so much nicer than a carb.
My new setup looks even cooler than my TPI (except for the cool SLP Dual CAI I had)
