Will the L98 intake and heads go on an LT1 block?

no lt1 uses reverse cooling. two different generations of the small block.

Would there need to be any modifications to get a LT1 in my 1992 camaro with an l98?

if you want to install a LT1 into your L98 car, its mainly wiring
