If it's way outta whack across the board, something's wrong. I have used TPIS chips along with their MiniRam and a hodge-podge of cam/head, etc. When something's that far off your injectors are probalby not matched to the chip correctly.

Case in point: In a similar combo we were pegging 160 BLMs. Thing was running wicked lean. Couldn't figure it out for the longest time. Turned out the injectors we thought were the 30# units that the chip was burned for were actually only 24#. Oops. Swpped in some real 30# units and suddenly all readings returned to sanity. The TPIS chip wasn't perfect but it was reasonably close once we got the injectors matched correctly to the injector constant burned in the chip.

ABSOLUTELY NO OFF-THE-SHELF CHIP WILL RUN AN ENGINE WITH MISMATCHED INJECTORS CORRECTLY. If you don't get the injectors matched with the injector constant programmed in the chip you'll chase your tail forever.

How do you check injectors? I would say you have to send them to a place to be flow matched. Some tech colleges have a flow bench for injectors.

i completely agree with everything you guys are saying. the only reason i'm even griping about the situation is because its a setup hand picked by tpis.

if i told you that running bfg's would make you faster and you run nittos obviously that's your fault but if you do as i say and run slower than what i claim i can run with identical components.......come on now????
