I'm kinda partial to "Good afternoon officer how fast was I going" Red

 

yea i'm starting to lean towards a red, maybe the corvette red....i spoke with my painter, and he said it would be a lot of work to change colors and a lot of money, but he said he would try to hook me up if i decide to change colors, but he was kind of encouraging me to keep the same color, just maybe a different shade just becaus ei'm still a teenager and don't have the money to throw out for a 3 grand paint job or anything..he's gonna give me a quote on everything, so we'll see, winter is a ways away yet, so we'll see...

 

If you do go with red pick the shade you like then go at least two shades darker. Red is one of the fastes colors to fade,has to do with the sun and UV stuff. If you go darker you will have the shade you want in about two ,or three months if your car is outside alot.

well i'm gonna get the paint code from a different car, and i'll prolly get the corvette red just because my painter said it would be extremely cheaper than custom mixing, so i really won't be able to get it any darker...the car sits out a lot this summer just becuase i really don't care, but next summer it'll be garaged whenever its not driven, and its garaged all winter, and i'll make sure i get a lot of clear coat and relaly take care of the paint....and yes i do like purple, but i'm not gutsy enough to paint a whole car that color

 

That color looks awesome on a 3rd gen!!!!
