Lightbulb best cam choice

i am swapping out the tired 305 out of my 85 iroc. I am putting in a 350 from my old truck. The motor is all stock but im still using the TPI setup from my 305. My question is what is the biggest most radical cam that i could use with my stock 350. It came out of my 90 Chevy C1500 pickup with TBI. And what is the max lift for stock heads? I dont give a **** about my idle either i dont care as long as the cam is the biggest for my motor. My friend complained about not being able to get the cam he wanted because of a choppy idle, but on the other hand i like how it sounds. So anyone who knows wats the best cam for me?

You are not going to be able to run a big cam on TPI with stock valve springs.
