Buy bumper sticker that says "Horn Broken, Watch for Finger"

Seriously, go take a look at the horn. Hook up a test light and see if it lights up. If it does, you can remove the horn and hook it up to 12 V. If it doesn't work, replace horn. If it does, look for a bad ground. Next try the switch.

Problem with this is we have TLI. Too Little Info.

lol good idea.

What info do you guys need? Just tell me what you need to know and I will try my best. Where is the actual horn located anyway?

The horn is located in the driver side fender, kind of a pita to get to. If your steering wheel is like mine, the horn button is held on by clips, it should just pop off.

Could be a bad ground. Anyway, go to the GM dealership and ask them to look at their books. I'd help you but my Chilton's does not show those 2 systems in their schematics.

Pull the horn off and see if the wire is connected? I know that my clip that hold the horn wire (lack of technical names suck) and it no longer works.

it is a 20amp fuse that is blown. I guarantee it. check your fuse box. for a yellow 20 in the horn location....
