I saw a Z28 the other day with an automatic, T-tops, 16" aluminum (stock) wheels and 4 wheel disc brakes. It was black with a gray interior. No, I didn't get a chance to check the VIN or get under the hood, but could this be a B4C car? the thing that throws me off is that it had t-tops.

 

Im pretty sure all of the b4c cars came with rs badging with a z28 drivetrain. Im not sure if you could get one with t tops.
