Anyone know of any decent 3rd gens in Mich for under $3500?
I live in Michigan and I want a solid 3rd gen IROC, I prefer original paint even if its faded so I can see what the real condition of the car is, I have seen too many bondo camaros where people tell me that it has no rust or bondo and then I drive 60 miles just to see that it has more bondo than sheet metal. I only have $3,500 so I'm not expecting a perfect car but something decent. If anyone knows of any please let me know vellaj@cooley.edu

I'm in Ohio, and i have a 91 Camaro RS, i know its not what you specified, but its one of the best looking camaro's that you will ever see, there is not one slab of bondo anywhere, and it still has the original paint.
its white, v6 5-speed. great project car. or daily driver.

i don't think rs is his problem.......iroc and z28's are hard to find in michigan....you can pick up a low milage rs v6 or v8 or cheap around here easily...
sorry, but for your price range and in the condition your looking you had better keep looking...that or pick up an rs and change it into what you want. for the price of a iroc or z you'll have to do alot of work anyway and i'd rather have a dependable ride for the time being.
up your money another grand or so and that's a different story.

Your right, IROC's and Z28's are hard to come by in good condition, I might Settle for an RS but it has too atleast be a v8, I don't care about t-tops or rims or anything like that, I will probably redo the suspension anyway myself.

You need to hurry I seen a 87-89 Iroc Red hard top for sale on Dixie Hwy just north of I-75 Take 696 to I-75 Take I-75 NOrth to Dixie Hwy Waterford exit head north North west on the road ( a right I believe) The Car is on the Right I seen it today @ 3:30pm 10/22/02. They wanted $2800 for the car. It looked in good shape, I have a red 86 Iroc T-tops and it looked alot like it minus the t's Hope you find it.. Sorry I don't have anumber but it was a sharp Iroc..
