anyone ever tried to make their own spoiler like the 5 incher out of some kinda stiff cardbord and fiberglass bondo. i know it sounds redneck (sorry for any offense diddnt know what else to term it) but i was currious if anyone tried.

or what if i took the stock 3 piece spoiler and built on that?

just thought i would raise a discussion about creating things

if anyone wants to mention any other parts they have tried to make please do.

i currently working with it right now, however i'm focusing on the interior. i don't see what's wrong with trying something new. everyone starts somewhere.

I took off the padding and and cover of the door handles on the inside, then painted the metal part of the handle to match the outside, looks awesome when completed.

they make the 5 inch 3 piece rear spoiler, i see it on ebay once in a while. I also want to take the 91-92 z28 spoiler and make it shorter somehow, I like it, but I don't like how high it is. But cutting a spoiler that would cost me $100 would be a good idea.

Swine617, if your talking about that tall trunk 91-92 z28 spoiler, later 80's sport coupes came with a similar much shorter spoiler check out my car out below, I didn't like it at first but it grew on me.
