Anyone ever put LS1 front brakes on a 3rd gen?
I have never heard of this being done but I have never asked either. I would like to get rid of my spacers and get better brakes at the same time but dont have the money for a hi po brake setup at the moment... Thanks Sean

I'm told the front brakes are different enough that it would be way more hassle than its worth to make them work. There are a ton of other easy front brake upgrades for our cars for around $800-1200. However you can put LS1 rear brakes on our cars fairly easily. My dad did it on his and I'll have them soon.

I was thinking about scrappin my rear drum brakes for discs...Hey Kevin91Z or anyone is it better to just go with the aftermarket stuff they made for the thirdgen or is it easier and cheaper to go with ls1 or lt1 rears?
