Anyone
To be honest, that's one of the (three) major purposes that I'm building my car for. Hoping to be able to do it in 2006, but realistically... It might be closer to '07 or '08...

If you want, PM me & I'll send back a reply w/ my e-mail address. Of course the danger there is that I'll try to pick your brain about a lot of that stuff...

As far as what I have for a setup is a gutted 88 no dash rear seat etc, just some gauges and window glass, a co pilot ( in charge of posting our time and how where we are standing,) a bbc, and a stop watch. Forgot to mention road course map. Many are using gps, but we still do er the old way. Add brakes, suspension, full harness and rol cage, plus a tune up due to entire different setting then the desert flats here in Texas, 3.73 gears (thinking may up to 4.11's but in the curves it gets a little hairy and well think 4.11's will add to my problem though by aiding the curve boost factor (meaning *** slidding) that may be fun though. I placed 23 last year.
Missed this years due to schedule conflict between my shop and two racing events the couldn't be two places at once so.... kinda glad it did get missed, though love seeing the cop's on the side roads watching you run all out by them. Actually makes you glad no matter where you placed to be able to scoot past them at over 110 in certain areas. !20+ in others.
p.m sent.
