Any way to lower idler arm?
I'm all finished with my V6 swap, but my idler arm hits the oil filter everynow and then. I tried the shortest oil filter I could find and it still hits it when the motor torques over and the steering is more than 50% to the left. (Oil filter is right above Idler arm). Anybody know if I can lower the thing about 1/2"? Don't have the funds right now for a remote filter system. I already put a torque strap to keep the motor from twisting so much and kind of "flattend" out part of the oil filter to try to keep it from hitting. Any Ideas?
