Can you drop a big block 454 in a 3rd gen camaro?

 

will it fit, eventually with enough time and money. Is it a drop in....ummm......HAHAHAHAHA.....no

 

It's expensive and time-consuming at best....but it HAS been done.

 

Hot Rod did it once but I believe it was shown that unless you go crazy on the displacement, the gain was not that great. Factor in the extra weight and your extra fabrication and you might not have got as good a deal as you thought it was.
