The other air cleaner is for the PCV right?
Your IAC valve is the little dealie towrds the back, senses the temperature of the incomming air.
And taht other thing that says AC on it I havn't figured out yet.

The sensor is an IAT not an IAC. Inlet Air Temperature...tells the ECM how hot the incoming air charge is. You need it hooked up at the very least, preferably inside the new air cleaner. The vacuum lines are for the Thermac (big round thing on the old air cleaner snorkel) and should be eliminated and the port capped. The small foam filter inside the air cleaner is the PCV filter. You can just plug a breather into the hole in the valve cover that it goes to, or get one of those fancy K&N breather-filters.

So i have to have that IAT plugged in? How will the car run if i just leave it below the air cleaner. The air cleaner should be getting the same temp air right since its right over it.

It should be ok if it's not actually touching the intake manifold. That will throw off the reading.
