Hypertech makes a decent one. That or ACCEL. Hypertech one is adjusted by a socket on a driver and the ACCEL one is done with a hex key.

I'd highly recommend an AFPR from Holley. Have it on my 87 TPI and love it. It has an adjustable dial **** that adjust easily with the use of my fingers. Big thumbs up for Holley.

Is it worth it?

If you use it wisely, you can have more atomization of your fuel. I wouldn't use it to get more fuel at one point of the rpm curve. Many people do that and all that does is it richens the curve all over instead of the one point that should be enriched. IOW, if you need a EPROM burn, don't try substitute it with an AFPR.
