Adjustable panhard bar?
It will help improve handling as it is stronger than the stock phr. An adjustable phr is used to recenter the rear after a car is lowered (it usually moves about an inch to the left - at least on 4th gens). Some people say that they can't really tell. I could tell right away. Car feels much more solid in the turns.
My car felt like it was tracking badly when I checked it on a parking lot. Turns out that the panhard rod was bent. Changed it and had to have someone check it to make sure it was where it should be because I had the adjustable one and didn't know how much to extend it to.
i.e. not driving straight.
Anyway... I just installed my adjustable PHR a couple weeks ago along with LCAs and LCA brackets. My IROC is lowered, but much to my surprise, my axle was only 1/8" off center from side to side, so I had very little adjustment to do.
