97 lt1 swap into thirdgen using 700r4

hi every one, i am looking at puting a lt1 from a 97 trans am into an 83 camaro, i plan on using a 700r4 from a 91 camaro that i also have, my over all goal is to take everything i like from the 91 camaro and put it on the 83 to avoid the emissions test we have here canada i also wanted t-tops wich is another reason for the car switch, but the biggest concern is the lt1 swap, if any one has done one similar to this your help would be greatly appreciated

I see your all set up but, have you considered an LS1 swap?

I've even seen an intake for the LS1 motor that allows you to go carbureted for a simple swap vs. using the LS1 fuel injection.

This kit also includes a special throttle and transmission bracket that works with 700R-4

Here is the link to the parts.
