ok the car will sit at normal rpm's then jump to hi-rpm it will drop then stablize then drop again stablize etc as it moves back down to normal idle. at other times it start dumping gas into the engine to the piont of wanting to staul the moter. 305 block changed with 350long block rest is still stock parts of the 305 set up. knocksenser replaced soon, but any help will help!! know I need a new prom chip, 22lb-Inj as well.

Let's clear a few things up - Your car a 3rd Gen. Is the "350" you put in the car an LT1 engine?
From the sound of your other very hard to comprehend post, you swapped in a Gen 1 "350". Hence questions on the setup need to be posted on the correct forum.
