91 firebird 400 project

ok we've got all planned out now finally in think.
1991 FORMULAGTA:406,10.5:1 piston's,292*cam with 575 lift. 2,800 stall converter,4.11posi. 4x2 intake #350-5425,with 2 670cfm 2bbl TBI unit's adapted. dart 2 head's. 700r4 from a c-3500 built shift kit computer contolled shifting aka shift piont's and shift stiff ness.
then sub frame conector's, traction bar's,295/50D15 Hoosier's on the rear, and 245/60r15 Hoosier's on the front. dual sawy bar's.
4th gen style ram air hood aka ram air2 hood which will goe nicly with the 91's corvetteish rounded nose.(which i like over the boxy 87 GTA i got now).
so it will look like a ramair vette at first glance.
ok now this what every one of guy's has come up with to make this beast mobe. now i'm told with a good launch and decent grip it should run 12's???? but i'll exspect 14's so there won't be no let down's of it only run's a mid to low 13.
"shoot high prepare to hit low" is the addvice i got for racing all together.

well i like the TBI unit idea. but don't let anyone else find out. they'll tell you you'll make more power with carbs. but how about some 4 bbl TBI units from holley?

i have thought about that man. but i got the 2bbl TBI'sfor free in box new so i used them instead of the 4bblTBI's.
and it's a 91 so no i will not use carb's. i want my beast all computer controlled.
670+670=1,340cfm of perfectly calibrated fuel air ratio why would i want not so perfect carb's bah old tachnology should stay on old tech car's.
a 406 + technology add = a nice tough beast that will move fast and outlast most of the 305's and 350's.

the only problem i see is getting the tranny to shift if you plan on going with the 4L60-E. you can make a 700R4 shift however you want.

i am a 700r4 tha last few 700r4's were sorta computer controlled. as far when you drive like grandpa it shift's nice and soft. then when you hit 3/4 throttle and up it kick's in the shift kit and starts bangin gears and chiping tires.
with old engine it would h**** from 1 ta 2 at 4,300 and chirp 235's then fron 2 ta 3 at 4,100 so i'll have to reprogram so it shift's a little higher i think, like maybe 4,700 and 4,500 or 5,200 and 4,700. something like that it's a rather heavy cam.
did reread my post after finishing typing t out i had to stop then hit edit to cantinue my comp. froze up.
