how big of a deal is it to swap the head light motors on a 90 FB?

Any decent places to get them used?
Both of the motors on her car are bad, each one does a seperate issue so i know they are bad, just having trouble locating them.

I also want to replace the carpets (front and rear hatch area) any good places for those? if i recall, the rear matting is/was expensive.
