89 rs 305 normal oil press?

when i first start the car the oil pressure is a little over 60psi as it warms up it reads about 50psi is that too much pressure? is there such a thing? engine runs very well with no knocks or pings whatsoever. i also thought oil pressure should be in the 30-45 range. thats what it is in my 94 s10 blazer. my camaro was sold as having 44k on it, which i didnt believe i figured 145k. maybe it realy does have 44k on it and the high oil pressure is a very good sing of a solid engine. i just want to make sure it wasnt too high. i bought the car becuase it does run well and it is very very clean. no rust anywhere, which is hard to come by here in buffalo ny.

The more pressure the better. Low oil presure is what you don't want. If your car has a lot of mileage and still can pull 50 psi or more then it is in good shape.

What weight oil is in the car? It 's range is not bad, I think factory specs you are correct 30-45 would be closer to normal when warm. If it's to high of pressure at higher RPM's it may try and push out out the seals.
