'88 tpi engine
I was wondering if anyone could point me towards some info on a 350 out of an '88 iroc? I bought the engine (not here yet) to go in my '84 3/4 ton 4wd . I have only really been able to find out that the commpression is 9.3-1 but not really much more. I would really like to know 2 or 4 bolt main, head casting #'s, flow #'s, cc's, cam specs and #'s. All help would be greatlly apreciated.

It's a 2-bolt main with iron heads.
230hp @ 4400 rpm
330ft/lbs @ 3200 rpm
9.3:1 compression ratio
Cam specs:
Duration @ 50: 207/213
Lift (1.5): 415/430
LSA: 117.0
GM Part #10066049
The motor came from a car with a 3.27 rear gear ratio and an automatic transmission. You should use a custom chip anyway, but if your final drive ratio is much different than that, and especially if you're using a different transmission (i.e. TH350, manual trans, etc), you're definately going to want a new chip made.

I'm back
Sadly it isn't comming with the intake or wiring .
I'll put it in now with a carb and stick a stock cam from an lt1 in since it matches the application pretty well. I do have a intake, computer and wiring harness from a '95 Z28 and may see what I can do with that later since the fuel inj. would really help (hard to keep running when it gets to steep )
Thanks everybody
