Thumbs up

I got the perfect solution and it worked for me, just get some black tape cut a small piece, cover you SES light and there you go! But seriously sometimes mine has gone on with out anything wrong our ECM's like to throw random fits if it scanned nothing i wouldnt worry about it. later

I have the same problem, only mine seems to have something up with the EGR. Anyway, try disconnecting the battery for like a few hours if you don;t need the car. I think the reset time on the ECM is 30 minutes, but an hour should do. Anyway, when the ECM resets, it erases stored codes. If you still get this light, then I dunno, but I know it can be a little bit of a bother, especially when stupid passengers get all nervous because they think the cars gonna explode Good luck

The reset actually takes place as soon as you disconnect but most folks like to leave it off for a while. I just hate wasting time so I disconnect give it a minute or so and reconnect. You can just remove the ECM fuse and accomplish the same thing. Remember no power no memory.
For your problem looks like you need to find a buddy with a scanner and see if you can get some real time diagnostics with the engine running.
