after working on my car for too long now a friend noticed my tps sensor was actually hanging up on the throttle body. there is a slight cut in the billet that shows where it has been catching. the tab was cut down slightly for clearance which obviously solved the issue and has helped dramatically in my chase to get my motor running.

i'm curious if anyone else has had this problem with larger or even aftermarket throttle bodies?

 

I have the Accel 58mm TB and don't have any problems with it at all.

 

could be the aftermarket tps sensor i'm running.....who knows, however there is a definate cut in the piece from it and the car had it's issues because of it.

anyhow, just something for everyone to check....you never know but that little thing alone changed how mine ran considerably.
