4th gen engine crossmember in a 3rd gen?

Has anyone done it? How much different are they? I am just clueless.

Not gonna happen with out serious modification, which would yeild it worth less. The under framing is totally different from a 3rd gen to a 4th gen.

Thanks. I didn't think it was similar but it was worth asking. I guess I will just have to cut on mine.

I am converting to rack and pinion so my Procharger will fit. It needs a notch for the input shaft and so the steering shaft won't be at such an extreme angle.
