3rd gen shifter options

What else besides the B&M console mega shifter are you guys running? This is whats currently in the car and its a pain to work. Its very hard to get in and out of gear. I was thinking about putting the stock shifter back in. Any advice/suggestions??

Its a car I used to own. sold it to a friend. Its got a 700-r4 Auto in it right now.
the B&M shifter in it is just a PITA to shift and get in park and reverse. You think the shifter is just bad?

Another option for you is the HURST-DUAL GATE 2 shifter

B&M Shifter

This is a common problem with this shifter as running
one myself.

There is a shorter cable you can get for it that doesn't
loop over the trans thats (Suppose) to help. Its about
three foot long and routes from the shifter straight to
the shifter arm.

Still waiting to hear from someone thats cured this problem with it. Exchanged mine about 2 years ago
from B&M but no change.
Only reason I still have mine is the 1-2-3 shift feel
with it and a good trans setup.

Until then its two hands and hunt and try to find in
park-nuetral, reverse and drive.

Agree, I like the 1-2-3 shift, but getting it into park, neutral and reverse is a PITA. I may try the shorter cable, and lube everything well and see if that makes a difference.

Cool, A little pricey, but if I cant get this one to work better, I might give that a try later down the road. Thanks!
