97 WS6SCharged - what coating did you have put on by swaintech and what did that do for you, make the parts even stronger? Are your eagle parts forged?

I did the gold coat and the PC9 around the skirts.

Dome (GC) and Skirt (PC-9) $ 42.00/ea.

Unfortunately, I discovered today that my block will not hold up to what I had originally planned so I'm making a deal with my friend for a new dart block with the 4.125 bore. He's getting my old block and pistons and I'm getting a new block and ordering some new pistons which will be going to Swaintech to be coated probably early next year (2005) since the dart block is almost $2000 bucks. Ouch, oh well, another year won't hurt too bad.

Luckily, all my other stuff will work on the little M block. Yeah, I'm using Eagle's 4340 forged rotating assembly with their 6.0" H beam rods and ARP bolts.

Ps. Yeah LPE has some crazy business ideas. Let's take a $50,000 dollar car and stick a $50,001 dollar engine package in it. They even did the same for a Caddy Escalade (spelling??). Don't get me wrong, you will spank anything on the road, but geez that's alot of dough.
