350ci installation?

My friend recently bought a '91 Z28 TPI. Needless to say he loves it. But he wants to drop a 350 into it (305 isnt doing the trick). He's planning on buying a rebuilt 350 w/ 4 barrel carb out of an older corvette. The guy selling it to him (who also sold him the car) said it would bolt right in. The only thing it needs is new heads.
Anyway I just want to know if we will run into any problems with the install? Will he need new motor mounts? A new chip?
Any tips will be helpfull .

Incase your wonder about the car.....:
black paint, stainless tips, gray leather, max legal tint, t-tops, auto w/shift kit, 2 chamber flowmasters, power windows, 115k miles.

The TPI system might not like the cam very well. TPI is real picky about lobe seperations and vacuum levels. Get the cam specs and get back to us.

Other than that you'll need: a set of late-model (centerbolt) heads, bigger injectors, a 350 knock sensor, and custom programming is essential to get the most out of it. Motor mounts and exhaust and engine accessories wil all bolt right up, but you may want to upgrade the exhaust if it's still stock.
