What's you best timeslip?

 

13.37 @ 105.5 MPH!!

Lookin' for a solid 12 second slip a few hours from now at Grand Bend's track in Canada!!

 

How'd you get there?

 

Without really major work, it is very hard for a 305 of any sort to break out of the low-14s, or maybe very high-13s on a very good day.

My setup in my sig will run mid-14s, gets 16 mpg around town and 25 mpg on the highway.

If I went to 3.73 gears and a 3000 rpm converter I would crack the 13s, but that would leave me with a car I don't like driving, whereas I love mine as it is

And it will keep up with any factory equipped L98 Camaro, no sweat

Years ago in near stock trim....a 14.4 @99.8. Cant wait to hit the track with nittos next season.

Ok So I swapped a Holley 600 on the car and sprayed it with a 100 shot from Nitrous Express..sue me!!

It probably would have ran the same with the TPI considering I also did Gears/headers too...Hmmm...
