smelly exaust

I have just bought a 10, 2ss rs, with a 6 speed and have about 400 miles and I get a smokey smog like smell from the exaust , I will bring it to the dealer of course but was wondering what is up with this , no ODB light or check engine light is on

The dealership should be able to tell you exactly what went wrong with the vehicle. Thankfully it is still under warranty! If you have any other issues with the vehicle, or any of your other GM vehicles, you can direct message me through the forum.

When you say "smokey" does that infer something you see or strictly smell?

Re: smelly exaust

I get a smell like that after i dump the clutch or make a 1 2 shift hard. I don't think its tire/exhaust smoke because the smell is in the cabin right away.
