how easy is it to remove the switching of flexfuel

how easy is it to remove the switching of flexfuel

Hi guys and gals , im new on the site cause i just recently bought a 2010 camaro . My question is u can here the flutter of the flex fuel switching in and out after car plans out or crusing . Now it could also be cause guy i got the car from cut off the mufflers and is stright pipe (it do sound good ) i even thought it had a exhaust system . It still have big Cat guessing its cat in the middle of car . Question is i heard u can elimanate the switching in and out of flexfuel system . Thanks

You can't here flex fuel, I think you mean afm/dod, which cuts cylinders

Well, that fact that the mufflers are gone is a large part of it, with the stock exhaust its a very minimal difference, search around and see what mufflers people like

I don't know if people can tune it out, but if you want to completely remove it...you have to do an LS3 camshaft and valvetrain swap.

The L99 sounds like crap without the right muffler on it. I'd put some back on...even stock will sound better.

Guys car sound good with exhaust like it is just the afm cuts on off alot but now i've heard just progam it to stay off . Like with a simple tuner or have it tuned then cut/turned off .
