Define "best".

Best for the money? Sound? Materials? Power? Price? All three? Two of the three? Something else? Even then...the answer can be subjective.

I like Borla and Corsa...but that's just me.

It all comes down to opinion, but Borla and Corsa seem to be popular.

how about the GM performance option? the price is probably competitive with borla & corsa
